Been dealing with this lady and her nasty attitude for a couple years and referred people to her…. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and paid a deposit only for her to text and cancel 2 days before my appointment during the holidays!! And have an attitude with me because I wanted my refund for my deposit…. Definitely don’t recommend her… bad business… nasty attitude…

Horrible experience, That was my first and last time going there. They’re very rude and unprofessional. Very bad attitudes! My appointment was at 1PM and at 12:50PM she calls and ask can I come at 2. I said fine! That’ll work. I go in at 1:55. She didn’t get started til 4PM! I left the shop at 11:24PM. Very inconvenience for me. & They’re so loud in your ear. I HATED THIS EXPERIENCE! If you’re looking for good services I recommend you going to Robins African Braiding.

So I’ve been to these people on 2 occasions just recently. Once in December of 2020 and once on May of 2021. I’ve had no problems until recently. I booked an appointment that I normally don’t have problems with, today I booked and was asked to send a deposit. I sent $30 that was requested. I asked for an appointment time and got the run around for about 3 hours through text messages. I called this lady and no response of course. She kept asking me when I sent the money and I’m continuously sending her the screenshots. Long story short don’t trust these people. They will take your money

I called to see if I could get my hair braided on December 24 @ 9AM. They told me they were available and needed to send a deposit. After I sent it, they changed the time to 8AM and I was fine with it. Once I agreed to 8 they told me they had me down for Friday December 25th and it was a mistake on their end.

really 0 stars! very unprofessional very rude!!! rescheduled my appointment 30 mins before i was supposed to come kept getting on the phone and stopping while doing my hair i didn’t even let her finish i just got up and left worst experience ever! such a small place and was so many people inside no space at all inside the lady next to me was damn near touching me that’s how small it was! also she braided my hair so tight my head was bleeding omg never again!

Called to set up an appointment on December 26, 2020 was told to text my information date time and style. Appointment was for December 30, 2020 9am. I did such and received nothing back. I texted to confirm appointment on December 29, 2020 received nothing back. On to today December 30, 2020, sat in parking lot from 855 till 940 no one was there or answered the phone. 940 a man entered shop and I asked him if he know what was going on he took my number and said Debra would call me back. 1015 nothing. I left and went to Astro braiding and received great service! I will never be a customer of Debra they are very unprofessional!

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Honestly, somebody is going to report them to the BBB. I fainted in the chair while the woman was doing my hair. She called the ambulance and STOLE the money out of my wallet before they got there and she was NOT done with my hair!! I was furious. And she’s rude too. She finished my hair the next day grudgingly or I was going to the police. I will NEVER go back. Ask yourself about the integrity of a woman that will go into another’s purse and steal her money.

Horrible place! Gave my daughter an appointment time of 6pm and canceled on me 10 minutes before 6. Waited all day. Do not give these people your money! Oh yeah, and got the run around about appointment time also. Terrible. Need to be shut down.

Nice shop. Very professional people. They were there on time, no double booking like most places I’ve been, no stopping and starting. I was in and out in exactly 5 hours like, I was promised on the phone . They also did i great job on my hair. I will be returning.
